The Mass Casualty Incident Management System keeps track of patients at the scene of a Mass Casualty Incident. It allows emergency medical technicians to quickly retrieve and modify data about incidents and patients, replacing the current usage of paper and pencils to accomplish the same task. It also allows for two versions of the system, a local system and a public system. The local system is for working in the event of a down internet connection, and it has the ability to update information in both the local and public versions to ensure the integrity of all data.
